Event Category:
The Memorial Library of Nazareth and the Moravian Historical Society invite you to a special evening of family programming. Come to the library for holiday stories, a festive craft, and cookies, and then travel across the street to the Moravian Historical Society to view the Jennie Trein Putz. The Moravian Putz is an elaborate nativity that tells the Christmas story through narration, music, and lights that illuminate each miniature scene. Trein was a renowned Nazareth folk artist who created a unique putz every year for more than 60 years. The Trein Putz will be displayed in Nazareth’s oldest building, the 1740 Gray Cottage. For families with children of all ages. Registration begins on November 20.
