Story Slam Workshop

June 17 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm

What is a Story Slam? It’s simply a group of people getting together on-stage to tell stories fitting into a specific theme of the night. Stories are to be short, true, and engaging! Although it is a competition and there are judges, the main goal of a Story Slam event is to provide a fun night of stories for the audience.

So, do you want to learn to tell a story so you can participate in MLNV’s upcoming Story Slam? Join Dennis Boyne, Executive Director of Lehigh Valley Story Slam for a workshop all about how to tell a story on Thursday, June 17th at 5:30pm on the MLNV lawn.

(Registration opens on Tuesday, June 1st.  To register, sign up at the circulation desk or email outreach@nazarethlibrary.org)
