Library Card Fast Facts:

• Your first library card is issued free of charge.
• You will receive a 3 3⁄8” × 2 1⁄8”card and a keychain card.
• A $3.00 fee is charged for a lost card.
• Those between the ages of 2 and 14 years old must have a parent/legal guardian present to register for a library card. Said parent/legal guardian must have their own valid MLNV library card.
• Patrons from visiting libraries who participate in the Access PA program are welcome to get a library card at MLNV, free of charge.

As of January 1, 2017, our policy requires patrons to present a library card in order to check out materials. We will be happy to hold your items for you if you have forgotten your library card, or you may replace your card for $3.00. This policy is to protect patron’s privacy. Other libraries may have different policies.
