Computers & Technology

As technology continues to play a vital role in providing access to information, our library users’ expectations continue to demand an increased access to technology.

Wireless network (Wi-Fi) is available throughout the building that allows devices such as laptops, tablets, and phones to communicate without internet cords. The library has a number of computers which provide access to the internet, written material in electronic format, and access to the most popular suite of office tools, Microsoft Office.

For children, the Library offers are 4 AWE Learning Stations programmed with fun and educational games and activities. These can be found in the children’s department located on the second floor.

Black/white and color printing are both available.

The library also has scanning and faxing capabilities.

Technology Help Appointments

The Library offers technology appointments to patrons who need quick help with specific technology issues. This includes problems with emails, filling out forms, typing document, etc. These appointments run for 30 minutes, and are not a substitute for major computer help or troubleshooting. We cannot guarantee every problem will be fixed, but we will always do our best! To make a tech appointment with one of our volunteer helpers, call the library at 610-759-4932 or stop in. Walk-ins will be accepted if no one else has scheduled an appointment. Schedules for tech appointments are as follows:

Tuesdays at 4:oopm and 4:30pm

Every other Thursday at 11:00am and 11:30am

For questions, please contact the Technology Department.
