Request an Interlibrary Loan
Interlibrary loan is a service whereby a patron of one library can borrow books and media items that are owned by another library.
If Memorial Library of Nazareth & Vicinity or Easton Area Public Library doesn’t have an item you’d like, you can inquire at the main circulation desk to fill out the request form in person, or you can complete it online below.
Please note that Memorial Library of Nazareth & Vicinity participates in resource sharing with Easton Area Public Library. If an item is in the collection of EAPL, it will be placed on hold there and can be picked up at MLNV when available as if it were an item from the MLNV collection. Patrons can place holds on Easton items via the same method as placing holds on our items. To learn how to do so, please click here and click “Reserving Materials.”
Processing time varies and depends on: the availability of the item from another library, the availability of the item to ship via a postal service, and the length of time it takes for item to be processed at our library. You will be notified when the item has come in for you, average time to receive your item is two weeks to one month from request date.
